Driven by the significance of corporate governance; The AOU Board of Trustees (BOT) formed a permanent Audit Committee (AC) to achieve AOU objectives in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of AOU governance, risk management, control systems, security and safety of information assets. Hence, AOU AC is mainly responsible for guiding the functions of external audit and internal audit through all AOU locations.
